Call or e-mail software (technical support) questions to Ensign Software Support.
Questions regarding Billing, trial or expired status, Ensign ID changes, subscription start/stop, should be directed to Ensign Billing.
Questions regarding ESPL programming should be sent to the ESPL e-mail address.
Questions regarding Data feed issues (particularly for Open Tick, Transact, and FXCM) should be directed to the 'Data Feed problems' e-mail address above.
2. Support Chat Room: The support chat room in Ensign Windows can be used to obtain on-line help. The support chat room is staffed with an Ensign technician and allows you to receive help without making a long distance phone call. Ensign users can also speak to our support staff using Ventri1o (voice communication) if you have a microphone and speakers on your computer.
3. Ensign Web Site: The Ensign web site is full of great help articles, training videos, and documentation. The Help page has links to documentation and tutorials. A searchable database of Questions & Answers can be accessed from within Ensign Windows by clicking the Help menu and then selecting Q&A Knowledgebase. The Videos page has several Training Videos that demonstrate how to install, configure, and use Ensign Windows.
4. NewsLetter: Trading Tips newsletters can be read on the Ensign web site. The newsletters provide great information on a variety of program features and topics, and teach principles of technical analysis.
