Q: I have the Hull Moving Average on my chart. The line is green while increasing, and red while decreasing. I want to add an Audio Alert that plays once when the Hull Moving Average changes color (red -> green, or green -> red). How do I determine when the Hull MA changes color?
A: Put on 2 Study alerts, one for the change from Red to Green and a 2nd for the change from Green to Red. Here is the example for the first. 
For the 2nd Study Alert, use the Condition of A cross below B instead of the one shown. Set the Sound section to play the desired WAV file. Note the use of the -1 Bar Offset for the panel B selection. Last modified 1/15/08 6:27 PM |
