Q: I'm attaching a template to see if you can figure out why the alerts are going off when the conditions aren't met. I'm using the same alerts on different time frames in the same workspace. By the way I am a relatively new ensign convert and I love the software.
A: I suspect the following Daily Price Lines in your template is the source of the unwanted alerts. This DPL form has WAV selected and 11 lines. Thus you have LOTS of lines that current price can be crossing and each one of them would sound the alert with price crossing in either direction. Solution is to change the Sound selection to Silent.
