Difficult support issues can often be resolved more quickly if Ensign staff can connect to your computer, view your screens, navigate to various Ensign Setup and Property forms, and watch the behavior you are reporting. Ensign uses software licensed from TeamViewer GmbH to connect to your computer to accomplish this information exchange.
1. Click the Remote Support button on the chat room form to run the Ensign Remote Support program.

Or, click menu Help | Remote Support in Ensign Windows. When the Ensign Remote Support application runs it shows the following screen. Leave the remote program running.
2. Give the ID number shown in the ID frame to the Ensign staff so he can connect to your computer, and offer quicker assistance.

The connection through Ensign Remote Support will be terminated when the support session is finished. You can then exit Ensign Remote Support so it is not running on your computer. Thank you for your willingness to be assisted in this manner so that support can be accomplished more efficiently.
