Q: I hear the alert on my speaker when I click Browse and Open that sound.. but when the real time action starts.. nothing is alerted by the sound setup.
A: Return to the draw line property form and look at the entry for the WAV file path and filename. You will see it is not showing as originally entered. You entered
C:\Ensign\Market Sounds\ymnewhigh.wav
The space allocated for holding the path and filename can only remember
C:\Ensign\Market Sounds\ymnewhigh.
Thus you entry is TOO long and is being truncated or clipped to the shorter incomplete length.
C:\Ensign\Wav\ymnewhigh.wav however, would fit and be remembered.
