DYO: Square Root channel example


Q:  You've been a great help in the past and I hope you can help me out once again.  I would like to do a very simple Moving Average Channel-type study of the close plus or minus the square-root of the square-root of the close.   This would be like a channel, or Bollinger bands in appearance; above price for the close-plus, and below price for the close minus.  It's an idea from Michael Jenkins, and he gives a Metastock formula of "C-Sqrt(sqrt(c))" I guess a "+" would just have to be inserted for the other side of the channel.  

I would like the upper band is the square root of the square root of the lowest low of the last 15 days, and that the lower band is the square root of the square root of the highest high of the last 15 days.  Thanks so much for your time and help!

A:  The attached Template will accomplish the task using a DYO.  A screen captures of the DYO and a sample chart are shown below.
