"I've got a drawer full of expensive programs but this beats them all. The documentation was not the best but now videos are being added and they are impressive - much better than reading. Support is live and usually responds within minutes to 1 hour. Howard, the designer, is open to suggestions and has added a number of ideas from myself and friends. This program is constantly evolving through Howard's and user input and with Design Your Own Templates, if you can dream it up, there's a good chance someone will help you make it happen. Echat is great for beginners looking for help to the experienced looking for pier group company. There is a good list of free chart templates to get you up and running - some of which would take hours or days to self programme. Highly recommended. "
